My name is Cindy Cobuzzi Gehring and I grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts in a fairly formal environment. As a result of my upbringing, coupled with my love of stationery and invitations, I have become a self made “expert” in the field of etiquette and manners. Through this, I have learned the importance of being comfortable in all social situations. This I believe is something that you carry with you in all aspects of your life. I am a witness to this everyday as my teenage children are morphing into young adults. They have been given all of the tools needed to succeed in the “real” world. They understand the importance of writing a proper thank you note after interviewing for colleges or jobs as well as being prepared to act appropriately at either formal or informal social gatherings.

Many of my friends and customers have come to me asking for my advice in a variety of situations (ranging from invitation and thank you note etiquette to how to set a proper dinner table). I would now like to take this opportunity to share my knowledge with you. I will be posting my response to frequently asked questions and I invite you, the reader, to share your opinions and comments or ask any questions that you may have.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Cindy
